5108 is the present year. Is it fine to make a submission for a previous or later years?

Timeline

As a general rule, we prefer to keep story lines along a similar timeline - post Destruction and not too far past 5108.

That said, exceptions are always possible if the reasoning is sound and the quality of the work is high!
